Introduction . One of the antileukotriene drugs for treatment bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis with without polyposis is montelukast. The presented article presents results analysis effectiveness, safety impact on quality life patients, use singular, in various forms associated comorbid conditions. Aim study To assess effectiveness montelukast complex therapy patients diseases. Materials methods. A simple, blind, randomized, controlled clinical trial involved 97 divided into 4 groups: moderate rhinitis; severity asthma; severe rhinitis, polypous rhinosinusitis. In parallel comparison drug tolerability, symptoms (rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, itching, sneezing, bronchopulmonary manifestations), was assessed using a special SNOT-22 questionnaire. Results related conditions significantly improved over entire period all groups.
